Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy – Chaizo
We hope you love our teas as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if we receive an email request within one hour of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Note: Prepaid orders are not eligible for monetary refunds upon cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a gift card equivalent to the order value will be issued, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Returns (If Applicable)
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a product different from what you ordered. You must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery.

The product was received in a damaged condition and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Eligibility Requirements

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Original packaging must be intact.

Please attach an unboxing video (for incorrect items) or photo proof (for damaged products) to help us process your request faster.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card/store credit equivalent to the order amount within 15 days.
Sale / Discounted Items
Only regular‑priced items are eligible for returns or refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are available only for the same product and are not applicable to sale or discounted items.
