GOLDEN MILK
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat milk / oat milk
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Chaizo 24K Gold Chai Spice
1 tsp Chaizo Desi Khaand
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: Few strands of saffron (works like cherry on top)
Preparation
Heat milk on low flame.
Whisk turmeric and pepper into a little warm milk first (prevents graininess).
Add back to pan, stir in chai spice.
Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Sweeten with Chaizo Desi Khaand, strain if needed.
VOILA! You are done. Enjoy your Golden Milk :)
PROTIEN BITES
Ingredients
1 cup Rolled oats (lightly dry-roasted)
½ cup Peanut/Almond butter
2 tbsp Chaizo Desi Khaand
½ tsp Chaizo 24K Gold Chai Spice or Chaizo Namaste London Chai Spice
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Milk (only if needed)
Preparation
Dry-roast the rolled oats on low heat for 3–4 minutes until lightly aromatic.
Transfer the warm oats to a mixing bowl.
Add nut butter, Chaizo Desi Khaand, Chaizo 24K Gold Chai Spice/ Namaste London Chai Spice, and chia seeds.
Mix well while the oats are still slightly warm, until everything binds together.
If the mixture feels dry, add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until it holds its shape.
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes to firm up.
Roll into small, even-sized balls.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving or storing.

GULABI NOOR CHAI
Ingredients
¾ cup water
¼ cup milk
1 tsp Chaizo Assam Premium Tea Leaves
⅛ tsp Chaizo Love Letter Chai Spice
1 tsp Chaizo Desi Khaand (According to your taste preference)
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add Chaizo Love Letter (Rose infused) Chai Spice and simmer for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
Add the tea leaves and let it boil for 1 minute.
Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle boil.
Sweeten with Chaizo Desi Khaand, stir well.
Strain into cups and serve hot.
SHAHI MILK
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat milk
⅛ tsp Chaizo 24K Gold Chai Spice
1 tsp Chaizo Desi Khaand
1 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds + cashews), finely chopped or lightly crushed
6–8 strands saffron
Preparation
Heat milk on low flame.
Add saffron and nuts, simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
Add Chaizo 24K Gold Chai Spice and stir well.
Sweeten with Chaizo Desi Khaand.
Simmer for another minute, do not boil aggressively.
Serve warm.
MASALA CHAI
Ingredients
¾ cup water
¼ cup milk
1 tsp Chaizo Assam Premium Tea Leaves
½ tsp Chaizo Chai Spice (Choose Any Flavor of your choice)
1 tsp Chaizo Desi Khaand
Preparation
Boil water, add Chaizo Chai Spice (any flavor) and simmer 30 seconds.
Add tea leaves, boil for 30-40 seconds.
Add milk, bring to a gentle boil.
Sweeten with Chaizo Desi Khaand.
Strain.
Your steaming masala chai is ready to sip!
